charming stay!
helpful staff transportation assistance efficient teams safe car park
i found the staff very helpful. they assisted with transportation and promptly called taxis. they also helped load luggage, a nice touch. the front office and housekeeping teams. i also appreciated the safe, underground car park for my rented car.
The walk to nearby attractions was a little longer than expected. I needed to take a cab or use the tram. it was not a major problem, but something to note.

the room offered a good level of cleanliness and space. the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature during my winter stay. i especially liked the strong wifi connection available in the room.

Breakfast featured a great variety. The options were diverse and plentiful. special requests were also accommodated, which i appreciated. the bakery selection stood out. It offered tasty choices.

Staff members spoke english well. Communication was easy. their politeness and helpfulness really stood out. They were always smiling. they were really good. I was charmed by their attentiveness.

The location was quite close to the tram station. Convenience was high.
The coffee provision in the room was inadequate, with only two sachets provided daily. A dressing robe was also absent from the room. The hot tub in the spa was COLD, and the steam room was out of service.
